Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and beauty items), all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll be happy to review your case and issue a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Please note:
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
- We do not issue refunds for items damaged by improper use or handling after delivery.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.
Once your order has begun processing or has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Refunds (if approved)
Refunds are only issued for approved cases such as:
- Orders returned due to an invalid address
- Orders confirmed lost by USPS
Refunds apply to the product cost only shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once approved, please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for review.
