Shipping Policy


Processing Time

 

 



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


U.S. Shipping

 

 


Standard Shipping (USPS):


  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days once scanned in by USPS.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on USPS delays, holidays, or weather conditions.



Priority Shipping:


  • Same 1–3 day processing time.
  • Estimated delivery: 2 business days once scanned in by USPS.
  • Priority shipping does not speed up processing time only the transit time.


International Shipping

 

 

 


We currently ship to Canada, the U.K., Mexico, and Australia.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.


Estimated Delivery Times:


  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • U.K.: 7–15 business days
  • Mexico: 10–20 business days
  • Australia: 10–20 business days



Please note:


  • International orders may experience customs delays beyond our control.
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once a package leaves the U.S., tracking updates may be limited until it clears customs in your country.



Responsibility After Shipment

 

 



Once your package has been scanned in by USPS, LashGlamByBlazee is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

If any issues occur after your order is shipped, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.





Wrong or Invalid Address



Customers are responsible for providing the correct address at checkout.


  • If your address is missing details (house number, ZIP code, city, or apartment number), we’ll contact you via email or text to correct it.
  • If we receive no response within 24 hours, your order will be refunded (excluding shipping).
  • If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you’ll be refunded for the product only shipping fees are non-refundable.






Missing or Lost Packages



If your package is lost by USPS, a refund will be issued for the product cost only shipping is non-refundable.





Marked as Delivered



If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:


  • Please contact USPS or your local postal carrier.
  • They can verify where your package was left and assist you in locating it.
